Right in the centre of Korumburra, you’ll find a brewery that’s become the beating heart of the town — Burra Brewing Co. What started as a local dream in 2018 has grown into one of South Gippsland’s most-loved community hubs.

Burra Brewing is all about celebrating good beer, good food, and good times in the company of locals and travellers alike. Their brewhouse and taproom sit in a converted old garage on Commercial Street, with 12 taps pouring everything from crisp lagers and pale ales to seasonal specials and big, bold IPAs.

The vibe is unmistakably “Burra” — relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly, with wood-fired pizzas flying out of the kitchen and music filling the courtyard on weekends. It’s the kind of place where everyone feels like a regular.

And now, there’s something new in the fridge to pair with your pint — Brewers Orchard cider. Apples and hops, side by side, crafted in Gippsland and made to be shared.
