Rising Sun honours our orchard’s roots and those who have served. This heritage cider is wild fermented for a naturally hazy, orchard-fresh pour. Medium sweetness with full apple character, a touch of tropical fruit, light acidity, gentle tannins and a subtle farmhouse funk to finish.
